I can’t explain how lucky I felt to find this place right off the bat. I moved down here from MA last year and don’t know anyone to ask so finding Jose at this place was a blessing! He was absolutely wonderful to work with. Kind, professional and above and beyond in a way I just hardly ever see anymore. Would highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience at Tire Plus thanks to Jose. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with genuine professionalism and made me feel like my car issues were a priority. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how thorough and attentive he was. Jose checked everything twice, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I understood the options before moving forward. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical knowledge with such great customer service. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right and making sure customers leave confident and satisfied.Tire Plus is lucky to have someone like Jose on their team. I’ll definitely be returning because of the outstanding service he provided.
